4 Red Star, Award winning Elizabethan Manor House set in 3 acres of stunning grounds with an ancient moat. 22 bedroom hotel  with the many charming lounges all with open fires as well as the sumptuous 3 Rosette Mulberry Restaurant.

A great opportunity to join Phil Dixon our Head Chef and his dedicated team of 8 Chefs and Kitchen Porters who deliver 3 Rosette food in our Mulberry Restaurant using fresh local ingredients. Please see our website for sample menus outlining the range of fresh menu choices you would be preparing.

SCOPE

Working with Phil Dixon our experienced Head Chef to produce a range of dishes for our 3 Rosette Mulberry Restaurant as well as for our exclusive events, weddings and function clients. Involvement across all areas of the kitchen will allow you to develop your technical skills in this standards driven brigade.

MAIN DUTIES

• 5 days per week, flexible shifts  including weekends
• Part of team of 8 chefs and 3 kitchen porters
• A chance for someone with flair and passion to shine in this standards driven kitchen
• Preparing meals across breakfast, lunch, dinner, wedding and functions, afternoon teas, room service menus

REQUIREMENTS

• Quality, fresh food preparation experience in a quality Hotel or Restaurant operation ideally with a minimum of 2 Rosettes
• Experience across a variety of kitchen sections
• Used to working within a small team - sense of team spirit and passion for quality and excellence
• The flair to give input and work with the team to continually develop the food offered at Langshott Manor

SALARY & BENEFITS

£19,000 per annum + £1,000 guaranteed service charge payment
