Pizza Chef/Chef - Brighton, East Sussex

£12-14ph, share of service, £1k bonus after 6 months, F/T

We are a long-established, family-run restaurant in the heart of Brighton and are currently looking for a Pizza Chef/Chef to join our team.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our dishes and use only authentic Italian ingredients as well as fresh local seafood that is brought in daily.

As this is a dual role, you will be required to have experience in making pizzas as well as working on a section within the kitchen. You should be able to closely follow recipes and work well within a team including independently.

You will be required to maintain the highest standards of Food Hygiene and cleanliness at all times, ensuring daily records are maintained.

We offer up to £36,400 per year, a Loyalty Bonus of £1'000 after 6 months of service, a share of service charge, free meals on shift and discounted food and drinks when you dine with friends and family.

To ensure a good work-life balance, there's also flexibility to work set shifts.
