Commis Chef - Brighton, East Sussex
£11-13ph, share of service, £1k bonus after 6 months, F/T & P/T
We are a long-established, family-run restaurant in the heart of Brighton and are looking for a Commis Chef to join our small & friendly team.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our dishes and only use fresh, authentic Italian ingredients with a focus on local Brighton seafood, which we buy in each day.
You should have some experience of working in a kitchen environment and want to learn and develop your existing skills. You must also be able to work well within a small team of chefs and be able to closely follow recipes.
Whilst always working to a high standard you will be required to follow all aspects of food safety and hygiene.
We offer a great hourly rate with a guaranteed share of service charge every month, a £1'000 loyalty bonus after 6 months service, free meals on every shift plus discounted food and drinks when you dine with friends and family.
