Hours: 40 hour per week

Salary :£15,600 per annum

About the role…

This is a front line customer facing role and as a Concierge, you will be an ambassador for activeNewham. You will specialise in welcoming customers to our centres and be responsible for ensuring the customer experience starts in a positive and friendly way when providing information and advice about our wide range of services and products.

About you…

We are looking for people who are confident, enthusiastic, motivated, great team players, have excellent communication skills and attention to detail, who are passionate about delivering outstanding quality and customer service.

You don’t need to have experience in the leisure industry to join us, as previous experience, particularly from a retail background, would be advantageous, But you do need to know how to manage the first impressions of our customers and, therefore,  represent activeNewham to the highest standards.
