Active Nation is on the ‘Hunt’ for a BRILLIANT commercially minded and focused business leader to lead this high performing, partnership-orientated contract. All three venues have been invested in over recent years and benefit from a positive relationship with the local authority, a dedicated team of staff and a brand wholly aligned to national health and well-being agendas, the business is in a fantastic position to go from strength to strength.

You will be passionate about physical activity, (both personally and through persuading others to be active), relish accountability for commercial performance and be unswerving in your commitment to the highest standards of operations.

You will:

• Be business-focused and love smashing key performance targets
• Have a minimum of 3 years’ leadership experience
• Continue the vision and direction for the contract
• Extend further great relationships with colleagues, partners and stakeholders.
