Active Nation are on the hunt for new Membership Sales Consultant (Activator) to join our team at The Quays Swimming & Diving Complex in Southampton.

• Can you inspire, encourage and motivate others to visit and return frequently to our gyms, pools, studios and sports halls? 

We are looking for a passionate, driven Membership Sales Consultant who will enthuse and engage with our supporters (customers) creating a positive experience of our venues. If you are confident, self-motivated, enjoy sales and are a great conversationalist then we would love to hear from you!

You will be responsible for:

• Generating leads via the phone
• Following up and converting all enquiries and leads
• Touring prospective supporters around the venue
• Promotion and sale of other income codes, including Swimming Lessons
• When required, be responsible for the Front of House Operations supporting our Reception function
• Attendance at outreach and local community events to promote our activities

We would like you to be here when we are busiest, so being able to work weekday evenings and weekend shifts is preferable. Your campaigning /sales role will mainly be based at the prestigious Quays Swimming and Diving Centre, however, some local travel between other venues may be required so your own transport will be beneficial.
