£16k (OTE £23 + employee benefits)

Active Nation are on the hunt for a new Activator (Membership sales advisors) to join our teams at All Seasons Leisure Centre, Clayton Green Leisure centre and Brinscall Swimming Pool in Chorley

• Can you inspire, encourage and motivate others to visit and join our centre?

We are looking for passionate, driven individuals who can enthuse and engage with our customers creating a positive experience of our centre. If you are confident, self-motivated, enjoy sales and are a great conversationalist then we would love to hear from you!

You will be responsible for:

• Generating leads via the phone and by attending outreach events
• Following up and converting all enquiries and leads
• Touring prospective members around the centre
• Promotion and sale of swimming lessons
• When required, be responsible for the Front of House Operations supporting our Reception function

We need you to be here when we are busiest, so you will need to work a variety of early shifts, late shifts and weekends. Therefore, flexibility to be able to access the venue and work on a rotational shift pattern is key.
