Duty Manager - Chorley

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Location: Clayton GreenChorley

Salary: Up to £18,500 per annum

Active Nation are on the hunt for a new Duty Manager at Clayton Green.

You will ensure the successful day to day operation of the venue through a clear process of focusing on people, safety, service and standards.  You will have experience in managing operational policies and procedures and will have proven experience of promoting a company culture that is focused on great customer service.

Within such a competitive market we are looking for a strong confident manager,  who thrives on challenge, believes in being the best and is relentless in seeking a solution through fresh innovative ideas.   A passion for customer service is essential and as is a desire to coach this through your team. 

In a 7 day a week business, flexibility is also crucial.  We need you to be here when we are busiest, so you will need to be able work a variety of times during the day, evening and weekends.

Clayton Green Sports Centre is a community focused dryside venue, part of our Chorley contract. It boasts double court sports hall, gym , exercise studio. squash courts and nursery.
