Active Nation Chorley, leading our sales team, across 3 sites, All Seasons Leisure Centre, Clayton Green Leisure Centre & Brinscall Swimming Pool.

£21k (OTE £26 + employee benefits)

Active Nation are on the hunt for a new Campaign Manager (Sales Maanger) to join our teams at All Seasons Leisure Centre, Clayton Green Leisure centre and Brinscall Swimming Pool in Chorley

• Are you an enthusiastic individual with a positive, customer-focused attitude?
• Do you have experience in working in a sales or customer-driven environment?
• Can you inspire, encourage and motivate others to visit and join our centre?

You will need to demonstrate:

• A passion for sales, communication and commercial success.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and analytical reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

We need you to be here when we are busiest, so you will need to work a variety of early shifts, late shifts and weekends. Therefore, flexibility to be able to access the venue and work on a rotational shift pattern is key.
