Campaigner (Membership Sales Advisor) - Bitterne Leisure Centre, Southampton

£16k (OTE £20 + employee benefits)

Active Nation are on the hunt for a new Campaigner (Membership sales advisor) to join our team at Bitterne Leisure Centre in Southampton.

Can you inspire, encourage and motivate others to visit and join our centre?

We’re looking for passionate, driven individuals who can enthuse and engage with our customers creating a positive experience of our centre. If you are confident, self motivated, enjoy sales and are a great conversationalist then we’d love to hear from you!

You will be responsible for:

• Generating leads via the phone and by attending outreach events 
• Following up and converting all enquiries and leads
• Touring prospective members around the centre
• Promotion and sale of swimming lessons
• When required, be responsible for the Front of House Operations supporting our Reception function

We need you to be here when we’re busiest, so you’ll need to work a variety of early shifts, late shifts and weekends. Therefore, flexibility to be able to access the venue and work on a rotational shift pattern is key.
