£16,000 Per Annum (OTE +£20k, plus employee benefits)

We are on the hunt for a new Centre Assistant to join our team in Southampton. Based at The Quays, Bitterne and Chamberlayne Leisure Centre this commercially driven position will provide the successful candidate with an opportunity to work across our campaign and exercise teams and be responsible for the delivery of our campaigning and exercise processes. You'll be the face of Active Nation driving our mission to persuade the nation to be more active! 

The role will also provide the successful candidate with some hands on operational responsibilities including some reception duties, cleaning and equipment set up. You'll be required to work a variety of early shifts, late shifts and weekends. So, flexibility to be able to access the venues and work on a rotational shift pattern is key. 

Confidence in picking up the telephone, generating sales leads, booking sales appointments and touring prospects around the facility is essential. Experience here is desirable, but not essential. It would be desirable, but not essential, for the successful candidate to hold a valid Level 2 Fitness Qualification and 1st Aid at Work certificate.
