Chef de Partie - Villiers Hotel, Buckingham
Have you always fancied working for a 4* Hotel? Here at Villiers we pride ourselves on a "Home away from Home" atmosphere for our customers, we create this by having a team of hardworking and enthusiastic team members.
We are looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join our Chef Brigade in our award winning Duke’s Restaurant. You will be working with fresh ingredients producing dishes to AA Rosette standards.
Working 5 days out of 7 on a Rota basis covering breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, etc. You may also be called upon to work in our Banquet kitchen catering for wedding, private dining, conferences for up to 180 guests.
The ideal candidate
- Must have a passion for creating innovative dishes
- Have good communication skills
- Be able to control a section of a kitchen.
- Must have 2 minimum years experience working in a professional kitchen
- Qualifications, minimum NVQ Level in professional cookery.
Salary range from £17,000 - £19,000 per annum based on experience.
