Salary: £25,750 per annum for 37 hours

Achieve lifestyle is a leisure trust based in Surrey, and we want to expand our team.

Our staff are at the heart of our purpose of delivery of services, and we are increasing our team from 3 to 5 Duty Managers, by changing the way we do things.

As part of a bigger team, you will undertake both operational shifts (key holder) as well as admin shifts over the course of your working week, supporting your personal development and the trust’s business development, particularly by giving you your own areas of responsibility for you to grow and learn within.

Structure training and support will also form part of your role, as our key aim is helping to develop you in supporting the trust and seeing our team positively furthering their career ambitions.

As Duty Manager you will be looking to develop a quality approach to your work, in ensuring there is an excellent level of quality service consistently delivered to all of our customers.

To do this you must be motivated to learn, flexible in your approach, and above all committed and enjoy working with people. We expect all of our staff to work with integrity as your leadership skills will be enhanced as you develop with us.

You must also be able to work shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Are You a Good Fit?

Ideally, we are looking for staff who have relevant leisure experience, and can ably demonstrate they are keen to develop their career further. A NPLQ is desirable, as is any qualifications in Health and Safety, Coaching, First Aid, Trainer Assessor- as we can continue to build from there!
