The role…
Our Front Desk Team Leaders maintain a high profile presence on the Reception desk and are accessible to guests and clients at our East End haven. Whenever possible anticipate guest’s needs, to be aware of all written and spoken requests, to carry out these requests in a courteous and helpful manner.
Our Front Desk Team Leaders supervise the operations of the Front Desk and make sure the highest possible standards of service is achieved and reflected in guests' feedback. Front Desk Team Leaders ensure that all employees on shift carry out their respective tasks and responsibilities in a professional and efficient manner and in accordance standards as agreed in the SOPs.

You…
You are friendly with bags of personality and energy – even at 6am! Fluent in written and spoken English and also enjoy working as part of a flexible team. You have the ability to use own initiative, take ownership of work and are able to multi-task whilst managing a varying workload. Naturally charming and interested in people and keen to learn about both our people and our business.
Reception supervisory experience in a similar lifestyle brand as well as Opera experience is required, but we equally value quick learners that thrive in challenging high volume environments.
