The Role… 

As a Commis Pastry Chef you are required to assist the Head Pastry Chef and Chef de Partie. You are expected to initiate your own tasks and assist in the making, cooking, and presentation of sweets for our outlets including Hoi Polloi, event space, room amenities and other outlets in Ace Hotel. You will build strong relationships in your department and across the Hotel. 

The Commis Pastry Chef role requires an understanding waste/stock control, functional administration, health and safety, section management, preparation standards and talent development.
