The role…

Our Front Desk Agents maintain a high profile presence on the Reception desk and are accessible to guests and clients during the lively night hours at our East End haven. Whenever possible anticipate guest’s needs, to be aware of all written and spoken requests, to carry out these requests in a courteous and helpful manner.

Carry out check-ins/check-outs whilst maintaining a high level of knowledge of our facilities and services offered by the hotel which will enhance the guest experience. To ensure a sound knowledge of the local area regarding history, places of interest and special events and where further information can be obtained.

You are friendly with bags of personality and energy – even at 6am! Fluent in written and spoken English and also enjoy working as part of a flexible team. You have the ability to use own initiative, take ownership of work and are able to multi-task whilst managing a varying workload. Naturally charming and interested in people and keen to learn about both our people and our business.

Reception experience in a similar lifestyle brand as well as Opera experience is advantageous, but we equally value quick learners that thrive in challenging high volume environments.
