We are recruiting a Restaurant Receptionist to run the floor and book during service. You will be part of a dynamic team at this exciting modern all day East End brasserie from the people behind Bistrotheque at Ace Hotel London Shoreditch.

The Role & You..

We are looking for career-minded people with commitment and drive. You must have a passion for people and an inquisitiveness to find solutions to customer’s needs. Our hospitality ethos puts customers at the forefront of everything we do and our front desk team is where charm and informed hospitality begins. You will be working in a team striving for success but having fun along the way.

We like proactive people, able to take the initiative, that speak great English, enjoy communicating and are interested in learning about Hoi Polloi as well as the restaurant business in general.

You must know how to build an energetic room but also aware of all the risks and constantly mitigate against them. You will use your skills to make informed and professional decisions to ensure smooth flow of covers in our fast paced dining room.

In this instance restaurant experience is needed, with a good working knowledge of OpenTable. A knowledge of the East End and wider London restaurant & bar scene is really useful.

We are open from 07:00 am -11:00 pm so have a wide range of shifts on offer.
