Abbeycroft Leisure have an exciting opportunity for a Duty Manager to join the team at the Newmarket Leisure Centre.  We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager or an ambitious and talented Leisure Assistant who is passionate about the leisure industry.  As a Duty Manager you will manage the day to day operations of the Leisure Centre, staffing and overall customer experience.   

You will have experience of managing a team, be highly organised, comfortable working on your own initiative and able to thrive in a busy multi-tasking environment.  You will need to be driven and dedicated to manage a busy and demanding workload.  A genuine passion for the leisure industry and supervisory experience are essential.  RLSS National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is essential as is First Aid at Work Certificate.  Pool Plant Operators Qualification is desirable.

You will be able to work shifts which include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
