Haverhill Leisure Centre

Salary £15,584 per annum pro rata (£8.08 per hour)

 (30 hours a week – Job share considered)

Monday – Friday  10:00-16:00

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors into the leisure centre. We are looking for someone who can take bookings, membership and general centre enquiries both face to face and over the phone.

As part of the role you will also carry out centre tours along with ensuring an excellent customer journey for all visitors and members.

We need someone with;

• Superb Customer service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Experience in cash handling

You will need to be self-motivated and manage your time effectively.  Flexibility to respond to a vast range of queries and a busy working environment is important.
