Receptionist Required - Haverhill Leisure Centre

Tuesday 17:30-19:30 & Thursday 17:30-19:30 

£8.08 per hour 

Haverhill Leisure Centre are looking for friendly, outgoing individuals to assist our front of house team. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and members into the Leisure Centre. We are looking for someone who can take bookings, membership sales and general centre enquiries both face to face and over the phone. As part of the role you will carry out centre tours, membership sales, along with ensuring an excellent customer journey for all visitors and members.  

You will need excellent people skills, be flexible and able to prioritise customer needs during busy times. You will need to be self-motivated and manage your time effectively. Flexibility to respond to a vast range of queries and a busy working environment is important

This post requires shift working including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
