Part-time Receptionist - Skyliner Sports Centre, Bury St Edmunds

Abbeycroft Leisure are managing the brand new dual use sports facilities on Moreton Hall. We’re looking for a Part-Time Receptionist to join the team at the new Sports Centre which boasts excellent facilities.

We are looking for a positive, friendly and outgoing individual to assist and join our front of house team. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and members into the Sports Centre. We are looking for someone who can take bookings, membership sales and general centre enquiries both face to face and over the phone. As part of the role you will carry out centre tours, membership sales, along with ensuring an excellent customer journey for all visitors and members. You will be required to assist the Duty Manager with the day to day operations of the Centre, and equipment set up in classes and the sports areas as required.

You will need excellent people skills, be flexible and able to prioritise customer needs during busy times. You will need to be self-motivated and manage your time effectively. Flexibility to respond to a vast range of queries and a busy working environment is important.

This post requires shift working including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Tuesday 15.15-21.15

Thursday 16.15-21.15

Friday 16.15-21.15

Week 2

Tuesday 15.15-21.15

Thursday 16.15-21.15

Saturday 08.00-13.00
