Short Privacy Statement (for use at the point of data collection) 

Abbeycroft Leisure of Ehringshausen Way, Haverhill, CB9 0ER is termed a ‘controller’ under the GDPR which is the organisation responsible for ensuring your personal data is handled fairly, securely and in a transparent manner.

Where health data is collected it is done so to carry out its obligations and exercise specific rights in relation to employment. 

Your information is stored in the UK for 6 months if unsuccessful, or if the right to be forgotten is exercised, or if successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your personnel file and retained during your employment. The periods for which your data will be held will be provided to you in a new privacy notice.
