7Bone Burger Co. is a successful, fast casual restaurant with an old school American diner ethos. We currently operate across 9 sites along the South Coast with significant growth plans underway to become the leading dirty burger joint in the UK. We are currently hiring for a driven and dynamic Site Openings Project Manager, to work on a pat time, contractual basis. You will have experience of working of similar site rollouts (restaurant/retail) to work within our team.

You will become an essential part of our site openings team , working hard to drive forward our site rollout programme by utilising your skills to plan, coordinate and lead site openings projects from the point of site acquisition to successful site opening.

You will be required to work from home, from our head office location in Southampton, and on site as and when required. Travel shouldn’t be too onerous though as we would expect you to focus on results and your work-life balance to be ideal in the process.

Ideal experience / skills required

  • Proven project management experience
  • Experience coordinating various work streams leads (recruitment, marketing, training) and sub-contractors (architects, build contractors/trades etc.)
  • Project finance experience including obtaining supplier quotes, achieving best value for money and liaising with our accounts function.
  • Identifying and managing project risks of effectively
  • Site openings team experience on restaurant, retail or similar site rollouts
  • Commercial property leases and the conveyancing process
  • Property planning & licensing applications (including change of use, listed building consent, building control, signage, premises licence etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills and working with remote teams
  • Driven, energetic & dynamic person with a firm focus on both quality, time and achieving success
  • Ability to adapt and work quickly
  • Good reporting skills
  • Experience using Microsoft project and Excel
  • Valid UK driving licence
