Bookkeeper - Southampton

We’re currently looking for a part time bookkeeper whilst we transition to our new accounts package. We’re looking for the candidate to do 2 x days a week and must be used to dealing with high volume transaction processing on a weekly basis. Its likely to run until April/May. Brief outline of role below…

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • Importing bank statements into Xero
  • Matching of bank payments to invoices within Xero
  • Matching of bank receipts within Xero
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required.

Person profile:

  • Working knowledge of Xero is desirable.
  • Must be able to work to tight deadlines.

Previous experience in a similar role is essential – immediate start

Competitive hourly rate (dependent on experience)
