Description

The ideal Commis Chef will assist the team in the section to ensure the highest standards of product.
As part of a team, you will be working with the Senior team members to develop your products and skills.
As part of the daily routine, the Commis Chef will participate in food production, preparation, and maintaining food quality control.
Maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen section will also be one of the key tasks in this role.
The successful Commis Chef candidate will be performing routine and complex kitchen tasks to achieve agreed standards of 45 Park Lane and Wolfgang Puck.
