Description

• As a Host/ess, you will be the first point of contact upon guest arrival at The Promenade, ensuring that our guests receive outstanding service, while displaying excellent personal grooming and presentation
• You will be dealing with high profile guests in a positive, confident and elegant manner, while creating memorable experiences for them
• Managing reservations and table allocations will also be one of your key tasks as a Host/ess, in order to optimize guest satisfaction and business opportunities
• The Promenade being one of the most popular outlets of the hotel, you must always show good product knowledge and share it with your guests while acting as an ambassador of the hotel

Profile

• Previous experience in a similar 5-star luxury environment
• Exceptional grooming and presentations standards
• Excellent level of written and spoken English
