Description

As the Assistant Front Office Manager, you and your team will be the first point of contact for our guests upon their arrival therefore having the passion to consistently deliver the highest level of service is essential for our 5-star luxury hotel.

  • Support the Front Office Manager to oversee the entire Front Office operation and maintain high standards at a 5-star luxury level
  • Attending daily meetings, read all relevant log books/handovers and to follow up and action tasks as required
  • To monitor and follow up on daily arrivals, room status, departures, and late departures to ensure smooth guest experiences
  • To handle and oversee guest complaints within Front Office, and take initiative to handle situations appropriately to resolve guest satisfaction
  • To cover the Night Manager when necessary

Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years previous supervisory experience in a similar 5-star luxury environment
  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Passion and commitment for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent grooming standards
