Your role
Swimming is a key brand within 1Life’s portfolio & is a key activity within our facilities with over 40,000 adults and children learning to swim each week.
We are looking to recruit a dedicated and energetic Swim Teacher to ensure the safe and fun teaching to children and adults. You will promote Aquatic Activity to the wider community to achieve all the sites key performance indicators and teach the ASA framework. You will ensure the standards of the Swim School brand and the ASA National Plan for Teaching Swimming are maintained, whilst delivering fun sessions to all!
Grantham Meres Leisure Centre's Swim School programme currently has 1’450 swimmers, and we are looking for someone who can help get more little ones swimming, including the adult and baby swimming lessons.

Level 1 / 2 ASA qualification essential
