Customer Service / Front of House Assistant - Willesden Sports Centre

About your role
We need to recruit a customer service front of house assistant who is enthusiastic, personable and effective in presenting the services and memberships available at our centre. As well as providing excellent customer service to all visitors, you’ll also be generating new interest in our Centre. From keeping records updated to tele-activity, social media work, working front of house reception and conducting centre tours, you’ll deliver excellent sales and customer service experience.
You will be an ambassador for our Centre, front of house and first point of call for all customer needs. Previous experience in a front of house and sales or a service role would be advantageous and we offer a comprehensive in-house sales and service training.
Applicants must be self-motivated and target-driven with a "can-do" attitude and flexible in their approach and working as a team. You’ll possess great communication skills, IT skills, be organised and have a passion for delivering great service.
