General Manager - Great Dunmow Leisure Centre

• Up to £32,000 - dependant on experience

Great Dunmow Leisure Centre requires an ambitious, enthusiastic, target driven individual to take on the role of General Manager of this site.

The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of commercial and operational performance at this Leisure Centre which includes a 56 station Fitness Suite, Group Training Studio, 25m Swimming Pool, 4 Court Sports Hall, Crèche, Astro Turf Pitch and Squash, Tennis courts.

The General Manager will be tasked with motivating and developing the team, achieving demanding sales, personal training and profitability targets whilst ensuring an exceptionally high service standard is delivered to all our members.
