An exciting opportunity has become available in the St Albans Contract.
Harpenden is looking for an ambitious, enthusiastic, target driven individual to take on the role of General Manager of this site.
The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of commercial and operational performance at this Leisure Centre.
This is an exciting time for the successful General Manager to join Harpenden 1Life which is currently going through a £18.8million redevelopment. In early Jan 2021 you will be the Manager of a brand new Sports Centre consisting of large 25metre swimming pool, large learner pool, state of the art gym, large sports hall and café. During the next year as General Manager you will be involved heavily in the operations side of the business and supporting the redevelopment project. Therefore experience in managing previous Capital Expenditure projects is preferable.
The General Manager will be tasked with motivating and developing the team, achieving demanding sales, personal training and profitability targets whilst ensuring an exceptionally high service standard is delivered to all our members.
