Health and Wellbeing Advisor - Brooklands Health and Wellbeing Studio 

39 Hours | £8.25 per hour + commission on membership

About your role

We are currently recruiting for Wellbeing Advisors who are enthusiastic, motivated and passionate about fitness and exercise.  Responsible for the daily operation of a Health and Wellbeing facility, you would deliver excellent service and maintain a motivating, clean and safe environment. An important part of your role will be working on the state of the art MILON circuit, carrying out introductions, sales appointments, technical programme designs, engaging with each circuit, and building a friendly rapport with all customers is crucial. As a team player, you’ll work alongside other employees to maintain the regulations of health and safety, sustain exceptional cleanliness standards and hit monthly membership sales targets.

The ideal candidate will be a minimum level 2 qualified fitness instructor, target driven, have good communication and motivational skills, as well as a good technical ability.  Other qualifications for Wellbeing, Health, Functional Training and Movement Screening would be an advantage aswell as previous experience within a target based occupation.  You will be required to work shifts throughout the week, evenings and weekends.
