Front of House Manager - Woughton Leisure Centre, Milton Keynes
About your role
We need to recruit a Front of House Manager who is enthusiastic, personable and who has excellent customer service skills.
Within the role of Front of House Manager, you will meet and greet all members with a smile and a professional, helpful and approachable manner is a must.
As part of wider management you will manage the front of house team to ensure they meet the expected standards set by 1Life and achieve set targets.
Responsibilities within the Front of House Manager role will include (but not limited to):
- Maintaining general appearance, tidiness & presentation of the reception desk and team.
- Actively sell all activities, memberships, courses & other products within the centre.
- Manage targets.
- Manage shift rotas.
- Have exceptional knowledge of the services & facilities that we offer.
Experience working in a busy fast paced environment and ability to multi-task are desirable. You must be confident and able to work well under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude towards work, customers and the 1Life team.
