Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor - Batchwood Sports Centre

Full/Part Time

We are currently recruiting for a Personal Trainer/Fitness Instructor who is enthusiastic dedicated and passionate about fitness and exercise. We are looking for a successful and highly motivated individual to join the business as a qualified Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor. Your role will include selling and delivering personal training sessions paid on a commission basis per session outside of your gym shifts.

Your fitness shifts will 20- 25hrs per week in the gym paid at an hourly rate and slowly decrease as you pick up clients, you will be responsible for helping our members exercise safely and effectively, delivering gym inductions and carrying out cleaning & equipment safety checks.

You will:

• Be required to make members feel better about themselves, moving members towards their goals and get RESULTS
• Use every opportunity to interact with members, offering them advice, coaching and encouragement as much as possible
• Deliver and maintain the brand standards required in our clubs, including equipment safety checks & cleanliness
• Actively participate in the company training programmes and take every opportunity to increase your level of expertise
• Hold a minimum Health & Fitness qualification of REPS L3
• Have a desire to grow a Personal Training  business
• Be target-driven and be committed to achieving results for our members

The position provides progressive training coupled with ongoing support and development.
