Liaison with:  Contract Manager, Receptionists, Health and Fitness Manager
Hours:  39 hours per week to include some evenings and weekends

JOB PURPOSE

  • To exceed all membership sales targets.
  • Assist the customer in making the best decision for them.

To achieve / exceed all personal sales targets set for both unit sales and Admin Fee, prorated and any other revenue.
 
To assist the team in achieving the overall target for the site.
 
To exceed all Minimum Performance Criteria in respect of…..

To conduct all required prospecting activity in accordance with the sites Lead Generation plan.
 
Attend all national and regional sales launches.
  
To diligently and effectively embrace all national sales and referral campaigns 
 
To enter onto the relevant software system all the details required to set up the membership correctly including the photo of the new member.
           
To follow and adhere to all aspects of the sales system as advocated through all training received and related sales manuals issued.
           
To actively make use of promotional/selling tools within the sales system to maximise appointment/sales volume.
 
Timely and accurate delivery of sales reports.
 
To have a professional appearance at all times.
 
To always be an ambassador for the brand.
