Duty Manager – New Opening

We are looking to recruit a Duty Manager with an outstanding passion for food and great service to join our team at The Swan, Tarporley, Cheshire (CW6). The Swan is about to undergo a refurbishment and on re-opening this 16-bedroom hotel with over 400 years of history will serve a fresh seasonal menu, including daily specials from ingredients sourced locally. In addition will offer to a fine range of quality wines, premium spirits and some of the best guest ales in Britain.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly team with a great atmosphere and first class customer service. An hourly rate of up to £8.50 is being offered for the right candidate, with full-time and part-time hours available.

The Role: Duty Manager

As a Duty Manager you will be focused on taking a leadership role on shifts and ensuring that all company procedures are followed. You will be at the forefront of our business being actively involved during service with guests and team members, sharing your passion for great service amongst the team. As a Duty Manager you will be confident running shifts, organising people and providing amazing service at all times. Full and part-time hours are available and will include evenings and weekend work.
