Due do expansion we are looking to recruit Assistant Managers who share our passion for guest service, to join our team in businesses within the Cheshire area.

The successful Assistant Manager will be passionate about guest service, food quality and standards within the business. You will be obsessive in ensuring all guests have a great experience and only the very best will do. As an Assistant Manager you will work alongside the Manager to drive sales and volume, along with helping to train and develop the team. You will enjoy a busy, hand- on role where you have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and where motivating your team to achieve their goals is a daily event. As an Assistant Manager you will have exemplary standards and will be responsible for maintaining business standards at all times. To be considered for this role you must hold a Personal Licence and be able to drive, with access to a car.

About You

• An Assistant Manager or role with similar responsibilities, with experience of working in a business delivering £10k+ in food sales each week
• A real people person who is passionate about delivering great service with attention to detail
• Personality, energy and charisma to motivate and lead a team
• Experience of managing stock, food safety and health & safety.
• Holds a personal licence and be fully mobile with access to a car.
