More about the role:
  • Provide a warm welcome a meet and greet service to users of the business lounge including Capita colleagues, clients and visitors
  • Take ownership of the business lounge space to ensure the best user experience throughout the day
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude towards individual customer requests and strive to exceed their expectations
  • Directly work with the on-site 14forty cleaning and janitorial teams for consistent service
  • You will seek customer feedback, passing information gained onto your line manager
  • Maintain a professional image of 14forty and the client.
  • Demonstrates a full understanding of the hospitality offering and business lounge facilities
  • Management of health & safety procedures and standards including adherence to food information regulations and food safety checks
  • Management of weekly/ monthly bookwork and reporting as required, financial targets are met
  • Ensure that all areas the business lounge and meeting rooms are clean, tidy and ready for use throughout the day by carrying out touchpoint cleaning, furniture is returned back into place and stationery in the meeting rooms is readily available
  • Manage the coffee bar ensuring it is clean at all times with stock replenished as required and dishwasher loaded and unloaded throughout the day

  • Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a positive attitude

Up to 27,300 Per Annum.

Monday - Friday role.

We are currently recruiting a Business Lounge Manager in London to manage the Business Lounge and other meeting rooms to ensure that the team, their clients and their visitors have a great experience using the meeting and collaborative working areas. Working in partnership with the FM team, the role holder will ensure visitors and colleagues are hosted, ; the rooms, agile work areas and kitchenettes are clean, tidy and correctly set up. Orders for hospitality are correctly fulfilled and result in positive customer feedback. Great attention to detail to deliver a high standard of customer care and adherence to all company processes, particularly in relation to food safety.
