1 Warwick sits on the prominent corner of Warwick Street and Brewer Street in the heart of London’s bustling Soho. Set over seven floors, 1 Warwick is a member’s house featuring beautifully designed private workspaces, member lounges, studio & gym, event spaces, restaurant & bar, and an expansive rooftop that looks over a neighbourhood which has played muse to writers, artists, poets, actors, musicians, and designers over the centuries. Inspired by Maslow’s theory of human motivation and happiness, 1W is the newest addition to the Maslow’s family.


About Maslow’s 

Maslow’s is group of progressive hospitality brands, existing to foster connection and spark change. 

We opened the doors of our first site, Mortimer House in London’s Fitzrovia, in late 2017. Our second London House - 1 Warwick, opened in Soho this March.


The Role

As a waiter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers satisfaction through an exceptional service and  create a warm and inviting ambiance. We expect you to possess outstanding interpersonal skills, exude a positive attitude, and demonstrate an unwavering attention to detail.



  • Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus
  • Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
  • Respond to guest inquiries, provide recommendations, and address any concerns
  • Ensure tables are properly set and presentable
  • Assist in preparing the dining area for service, including cleaning and arranging tables
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle payment transactions and maintain a balanced cash register
  • Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area
  • Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations


  • Previous experience in a similar role  
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
