Position: Bartender / Bar Person
Location: 1. Warwick, Soho, London
Salary: £14.00 - £15.00 Per Hour
Bonus: £300 Joining Bonus
Days / Hours Per Week: Full time / Part time hours available
Status: New Opening

In early 2023, Soho’s newest Members House with public facing restaurant 1. Warwick will open its doors. We are looking for a natural people person, expert cocktail crafter, and outstanding Bartender / Bar Person, and most importantly, a person with a great amount of flare to work alongside our Bar Management team, headed up by Ricardo De Oliviero to lead the beverage offering within our new opening.

• Creative with an eye for detail
• Naturally chatty and engaging personality
• Innovative and looks for new ways to delight our guests
• Ability to pair great beverages with our outstanding food
• Experienced cocktail maker with a good understanding of mixology
• Communicates with guests to pair them with the ideal beverage
• Excellent product knowledge
• Understands the importance of cleanliness and accurate recording
• Stocks and bar control measures
