Food & Beverage Supervisor - The Swan

The Swan is TAG's newest hospitality venture and sits right at the end of Farnborough Airport's runway. Opened in 2015, our contemporary gastro pub offers a relaxed environment in which our guests can expect to receive personable and efficient service. As Supervisor you will be responsible for opening and closing The Swan, cashing up and processing all supplier orders. You will motivate the team on service and support with the training and development of team members. The successful applicant will be a charismatic and personable individual, a team player and someone who can also work alone and think on their feet. This is the perfect role for someone who loves hospitality and wants to progress in the industry.

To consistently deliver high standards through leading by example and focusing on the smooth running of our popular gastro pub at all times. The role is also key to the training and development of our team members which is delivered through effective and consistent communication.

The perfect candidate should have the following:

• Experience at Supervisor level in a customer driven environment
• The desire to drive a Front Of House team in the Manager and Assistant Manager’s absence
• An eye for detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
