This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take their first step into hospitality at supervisory level or is looking for a step up from their current reception or hospitality role. As a Reception Shift Leader in our Four Red Star Hotel you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests receive a tailored and warm welcome in line with the brand experience whilst supporting a small team. In this role you will be responsible for all reception duties including guest check in and check out. This role involves shift work including evenings and weekends. The successful applicant will be confident and personable with a natural ability to build rapport with our guests and motivate a team. You will always be immaculately presented and deliver genuine hospitality. Experience of Supervising a small team within retail or hospitality would be preferable.
