Senior Sous Chef - The Bulls Head Hotel, Kent

We are a friendly, buzzy & busy Pub, Restaurant, 15 Bedroom Hotel with a large Garden & a very successful function room.  We have a team of nearly 100 staff, and we have a happy, family feel, working environment.

Our menu is fresh, seasonal and British.

Our food offer reflects our emphasis on high quality seasonal British food, locally sourced and prepared in-house and our Head Chefs and their team have the autonomy to deliver their own individual dishes according to the needs and wants of our customers.

As the successful Sous Chef you will have a passion & flare for producing quality fresh food in a busy kitchen environment. You will have experience working in a similar environment and demonstrate a passion for leading and developing a team to deliver outstanding food every time. You will be an active team player with excellent communication skills and be responsible and able to manage the kitchen safely and effectively at all times. Working alongside our Head Chef you will be able to demonstrate your creativity and ability by helping to design and deliver new dishes for our menus and daily specials, whilst demonstrating great planning and organisational skills to maintain effective controls with regards to both GP and labour.
