Chef de Partie – Dunkeld House Hotel, Perth and Kinross
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for full time Chef de Partie at our 4 star Hotel in Dunkeld. You will be responsible for supervising staff and ensuring high levels of food preparation to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will be responsible for ensuring all food preparation meets standards, assisting the head chef and sous chef in the training and development of all staff.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie with a minimum one year of experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a demi Chef de Partie, NVQ level 3, basic food hygiene certificate, strong coaching skills, ability and desire to motivate the team, excellent communication skills, positive attitude and ability to work on own or as part of a team. Rosette experience is not essential but would be advantageous.
