About the Pub -

The Sixfields is high profile as it is a big taking site, and the opening will generate much interest in the local community and media. Situated within Sixfields Leisure, the local area also includes several branded restaurants, a large cinema, bowling alley, a gym, hotel and large Sainsburys. The customer base is made up of destination diners, local workers, sports enthusiasts, and local residents. The site is split in half and comprises a large restaurant area of over 120 covers, with another 40 external covers, and an external childrens play area. It is expected this business will serve approximately 2500-3000 covers per week.

The other side to the business is a large sports bar, with live entertainment, darts, pool and a 4k ultra HD projector screen. It is adjacent to Sixfields Stadium, home of Northampton Town Football Club, and benefits from the high volume drinking trade you would expect on match days. It is also less than 1 mile from Franklins Gardens, home of Northampton Saints Rugby Club.

We are looking for Assistant Managers to help lead the team towards our goal of always giving exceptional customer service in relaxed and informal surroundings.

If you have experience in a quality, branded, high-volume food delivery outlet, this position of Assistant Manager may be what you are looking for to take the next step on the career ladder.
