Chef de Partie – The Ginger Pig, East Sussex
The Ginger Pig is a welcoming, contemporary, pub with a large dining area situated in the heart of Hove. Awarded Best Food Pub in the Brighton&Hove Food Awards for the past 3 years running, we serve traditional food sourced from Sussex’s finest suppliers.
Due to our expansion plans we are now looking to grow our back of house team and we are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our skilled team.
The correct candidate will have worked in a similar environment within a busy kitchen and will therefore be able to complement the team using his/her expertise.
