We are looking for a talented and passionate Junior Sous Chef to join one of Kent's best Pub Companies. You will be joining a group of establishments who will invest in your development as much as they are looking forward in the development of the business - with great opportunities to progress as they have several sites across South East England.

You will;

* Have a proven background in a busy modern restaurant/gastro pub
* Have held at least Chef de Partie position in a successful modern restaurant/gastro pub for the past 2 years and have worked in a busy kitchen for at least 5 years

You will be expected to;

* Help improve day-to-day smooth running of the kitchen, working with the Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef
* Assist in training junior kitchen staff
* Keep the kitchen within Food and Hygiene Regulations
* Manage preparation and service of food in Head Chefs absence
* Dish development with the Head Chef
* Be hands on in the kitchen and very effective in working all sections
