We are looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join a one of London's best Modern British Restaurants. You will be joining an independent group of establishments who will invest in your development as much as they are looking forward in the development of the business - with great opportunities to progress as they are looking to open a number of new sites of the course of the next year.

You will;

* Have a proven background in a busy modern restaurant/brasserie
* Have held a Sous Chef position in a successful modern restaurant

You will be expected to;

* Help improve day-to-day smooth running of the kitchen, working with the Head Chef
* Train junior kitchen staff
* Keep the kitchen within Food and Hygiene Regulations
* Manage kitchen in Head Chefs absence
* Dish development with the Head Chef
* Help maintain GPs and run an efficient kitchen
* Be hands on in the kitchen and very effective in working all sections
