VAC-13364 - Sous Chef - Brand New Opening - Modern Busy Restaurant - Good Quality Bar Food - £22k to £23k

We are looking for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join a Brand New Opening in a lovely setting in Paddington - just a couple of minutes' walk from the station. You will be joining a brand new business idea with excellent opportunity to progress as they are looking to open 10 new sites in the future.

You will;

* Have a proven background in cooking in a fast paced and busy environment
* Have held a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie position in the past, cooking Bar Food to a high standard
* Have a passion for all things bar food, gourmet burgers, rotisserie chicken and superfood salads - the list goes on!
* Work 7 shifts per week
* Help improve day-to-day smooth running of the kitchen, working with the Head Chef assisting them with the daily responsibilities and ensuring the food produced is to the company standards
* Have excellent knowledge of Food and Hygiene and Health and Safety Regulations
