Full Time Customer Service Advisor – Leading Trampoline Park – High Wycombe (40 hours per week)
We are looking for a small team of customer service advisors to join the central customer service and sales team for one of the leading trampoline park operators in the UK.. The team is dedicated and the environment is fast paced, fun and performance driven with a strong focus on customer service.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Deal with enquiries for party bookings and opening times
- Manage the complaint process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Reach out to guests to gather feedback on their visit and to ensure retention of clientele
- Reach out to corporates in the area to improve awareness of offering
- Contact local schools, community groups/sports teams to book in parties and increase awareness of the facility
We are keen to talk to candidates who have a solid background in a customer service role and experience in working in a call centre environment. You will need to thrive in a role where you will be given responsibility and accountability to work with senior leaders in the business and where they will be looking for guidance and expertise. As such we are looking for a confident individual with excellent written, communication and IT skills and candidates who have excellent customer service skills with the ability to work as part of a team. The role will require evening and weekend work, so flexibility is key.
